Spring Has Sprung

April 30 2026:  April has come and almost gone.  Spring has arrived with all of it's splendor.  I've had vases of Rhododendrons, Beech tree flowering branches, Lilacs, and Tulips. I love Spring!   My Earthing pad is put away till next winter season, because it is a pleasure to do my 20 minutes (minimum) of being barefoot outside at a beach, on a cement sidewalk, or sitting in the yard reading a book.  Earthing daily is good for your health and fights inflammation, among other things.

I floated in my kayak yesterday, then enjoyed an ice cream cone.  It truly felt as though I was on vacation!  I also got to pet sit at the Beach house, and another week overlooking the Salish Sea plus Netflix.  Those weeks also felt like a vacation! 

I considered naming this entry April Fools because of the Iran War.  I don't think that the Iranian people or the American people want to be at war, but it isn't up to us.  Maybe a fool is in charge.  But I decided to focus on the positive instead.  Spring , flowers, and vacation!
